Our Ice Production Process
Our ice production process begins with fresh water supplied by SYABAS, which is carefully stored before purification. The water passes through a multi-stage filtration system using sand, carbon, and bag filters to remove impurities and unwanted particles. It then undergoes ultraviolet (UV) water treatment for an additional level of purification. The treated water is used in our modern ice-making equipment to produce quality tube and block ice. The finished ice is processed, stored, and carefully packaged to maintain its quality. Finally, our distribution team delivers the packaged ice efficiently to customers, ensuring a consistent and reliable supply.
